This page explains where we deliver, how long delivery takes and what it costs.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan through our courier partners.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is a flat Rs. 200 per order, wherever you are in Pakistan and however many items you order.
Delivery Time
Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days after they are confirmed. Delivery can take longer during Eid, public holidays, bad weather or courier delays. We will let you know if there is a delay with your order.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, we may call or message you on the number you provided to confirm your order and delivery address. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Payment on Delivery
All orders are paid by cash on delivery. Please keep the full amount ready, which is your order total plus the Rs. 200 delivery charge.
Receiving Your Parcel
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. See our Return Policy for how replacements work.
