These terms apply when you use elviah.com or place an order with Elviah. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Images
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its finish, stones and the pieces included in a set. Colors can look slightly different on screen because of lighting, photography and display settings. Please read the product description together with the photos before ordering.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to every order.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once we accept it. We may cancel or decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or product detail was listed in error, or if we cannot confirm the delivery details. If we cancel your order, we will let you know.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery only. Payment is due in full when the order is delivered.
Delivery
Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Returns and Replacements
We replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse the website, place false orders or interfere with its operation. All content on this website, including product photos, text and the Elviah name and logo, belongs to Elviah and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elviah is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
